At this point of time when whole world is in recession, people around the world, to complete their necessities are heading towards those things which are cheap and are easily afforded. As we all know cellular phones have become a part of our lives.

Everybody wants to have a good phone which lasts their needs and which looks good too and have a cheap price; “CHINA” has made it possible, they have started cloning the original brands cellular phones which looks exactly identical to the original brands.

Whats the deal?

Nowadays, if you decided to look for a new mobile phone, you will definitely notice the mobile phones which are made in China. Some of them have ”no name” , others, however, have ”brands” , like ”Cect”. Also, these phones can be split into two categories:

1. The copies of original mobile phones brands (probably the most popular is the copy of Apple iPhone).
2. Original design mobile phones.

Is it worth to buy this kind of phone?  Of course, it is hard to talk about  all the phone models (because different models quality may differ too), therefore I would like to mention just the main points, which, in most cases, are common for all ”Made in China” phones.
• Battery: The batteries in these phones are quite good because they have large capacity (usually 1200mAh or more), so it should hold at least 2 days with an average use of phone + most of the Chinese phones have 2 batteries in phone package and even portable adapters for charging the standby batteries. But we have come across few cases in which batteries have leaked and damaged the mobile phones.

• Display: The quality of displays, in most cases, are below average, due to lack of resolution. These phones have very big screens, but resolution is usually 640 x 480 . Moreover screen may be absolutely indiscernible on the day light.

• Software: 2 types of software are used. Original phone manufacturer software or Windows mobile. The first type, in my opinion, is very well made as it is easy understandable and quite fast, however phones with Windows mobile systems can face with speed problems and system errors. however, in both cases support is widely available even if you have to pay for the installation of new OS, its way cheaper then the orginal BRAND.

• Package: Phone packages are better equipped than original manufacturers phones and thats what pulls the user towards cloned mobile phones. You will probably find 2 batteries, earphones, charger, car charger, earphones and computer cable. W hich is a pretty good deal!

I still remember Nokia’s N82 was still pending on official launch, where as the Chinese version of N82 (knock off) was already available available in the market. China has shown that it can possibily copy anything and everything that comes its way! from laptops to cell phones and even automobiles. Actions speak louder then words, and china is clear on it, cause THEY can and THEY will knock everything off!
